Embracing a New Home, Giving Back to the Community
When I arrived in Canada just two years ago from Hong Kong, I was both excited and nervous. Moving across the world to Markham was a big change, and I felt grateful to be welcomed into a community so full of support and opportunity. In many ways, starting Wraptitude here has been a dream come true, and I owe much of that to my customers and the amazing people I’ve met. Now, with a successful business and a strong community behind me, it’s time for me to give back to the place I now call home.
That’s why I’m excited to announce Wraptitude’s campaign to raise $6,000 for Daily Bread Food Bank, a Toronto-based organization committed to ending hunger and supporting families in need. I’m inspired by their work every day, and I want to do my part to make sure every family has access to the food they need.
Raising Awareness: The Importance of Food Security
Food security is an issue that touches so many lives. Here in Ontario, there are families who work hard yet struggle to put food on the table, especially as costs rise. Daily Bread Food Bank does crucial work to bridge that gap, providing food to families and individuals across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and working tirelessly to advocate for change.
Thinking about my own journey, I remember times when life was tough. Moving to a new country, there were days when everything felt like a challenge, and support from the community was what kept me going. Now, I want to extend that support to others. By helping raise funds for Daily Bread, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. No one in our community should have to worry about where their next meal will come from.
Donate to Receive Discounted Wraptitude Services
To show my gratitude and encourage donations, Wraptitude is offering exclusive services in exchange for contributions to our fundraising campaign. For a limited time, customers who donate $50 to Daily Bread through our campaign can $200 worth of car wrap services as a small thank-you from me. This offer includes services like ceramic coating or discounted paint protection film (PPF) services—we’ll make sure your vehicle looks amazing as a token of our appreciation.
